C4 AUTO KEYS WARRANTY POLICY

C4 Auto Keys offers a lifetime warranty on all keys, remotes, and programming services provided to dealerships and commercial partners. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

What is Covered

  • Defective key fobs or remotes
  • Faulty programming or non-functional keys due to our services
  • Malfunctioning chips or transponders

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
  • Water damage, physical damage, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Services performed by third parties or after our initial work

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase or service invoice
  2. A detailed description of the issue
  3. Return of the defective product (if applicable)

Warranty Process

Once the defective product or issue is verfied, C4 Auto Keys will, at its own discretion:

  1. Repair or reprogram the defective key or remote
  2. Replace the defective product with an equivalent item
